Ingredients - Chopped Tomato (1/2 kg), Chopped Onion (1 piece), Chopped Beet (50gm), Garlic (3 Kali), Black Pepper (1 spoon), Cinnamon (1 Piece), Cloves (2 piece), Green Cardamom (2 piece), Butter (2 spoon), Oil (1 spoon), Water (2 cup), Milk (1/2 cup), Salt (according to test).
How To Prepare Homemade Tomato Soup
Let’s start to prepare soup in 41 minutes. First of all hot the pan and now add butter and oil. Now add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper.
Then add garlic and onion and fry it till golden color. Take the chopped tomato and add with these ingredients and cooked till peels separate.
Now the whole ingredient keeps in the pressure cooker. Add beet, salt, and water with the ingredient.
Now start cocking and wait for 3 to 4 whistles. Don’t open the cooker directly, just release the all pressure by slightly uplift the whistle.
Then keep all ingredients in a grinder and prepare a puree, and separate the liquid part.
